He later attended the University of CA Riverside to complete his Bachelor's Degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting and graduated in 1994. In 1998 James passed the Department of Treasury IRS exam to become an Enrolled Agent. He has worked with his father Terry since 1995 in the same office. James has gained specific experience with regard to investment and financial training over his career. He maintains and monitors the information systems. Heather L. Baker, EA has been with AW Tax Service since 2009. Mrs. Baker (Allen) earned her Bachelor's at Lewis and Clark College and her Masters from City University.
